While joyful & exciting, pregnancy and new motherhood can be overwhelming. We’ll explore movement, breathing techniques, practical mind/body tools & essential oils to help prepare you physically, emotionally & mentally during one of the most beautiful & challenging times in your life. We want to give you & your baby the best start.
Each class includes yoga postures, breathing techniques for pregnancy and labour and deep relaxation exercises to calm the body, mind and emotions and to strengthen the bond between you and your baby.
No previous experience of yoga is necessary.
🧘🏽♀️ Mobility & ease
Practicing prenatal yoga helps to keep you mobile and ease any pregnancy tension and ailments. It’s also a great way to connect with other mums-to-be and share your experience of pregnancy together through our member’s group. No previous experience of yoga is necessary. This entire course is designed to support you mamas during one of the most challenging & beautiful times in your life. We'll slow down, make space, take time to restore body, mind & breath, Indulge in Yoga Nidra, all in the comfort of your own home. There are lots of other delicious self care practises equipping you with tools to support you in feeling your best throughout your journey to motherhood.
👶🏻 You & your baby
You share your breath. Your baby can hear your heartbeat. And as Mumma you are the first introduction your babe will have to the outside world. You and your baby are completely tuned in, so it's important to do anything you can to nurture yourself and prepare for labour & birth. All our Yoga courses are dedicated to just that - self care 💛🐣
We’ll focus on developing and maintaining strength and muscle tone in preparation for child birth. Creating quiet time for you both to deepen your bond with restorative and energising yoga practises, breathing techniques to support your labour, pelvic floor work, and soothing relaxations and meditations.
